ln her documentary, Angèle spoke about how she felt helpless about not being able to return the love fans give her and that performing live was one of her ways of giving back. This song seems to be directly related to that sentiment, it's clearly about the effects of the pandemic and a message to the fans that she misses us. Note: "rien n'a plus de sens" translates as "nothing makes sense...", I rephrased it because the title of the song is "plus de sens" which contextually is more like "makes no sense..." and those words have to be part of the translation. It's all semantically the same, as it connects perfectly when she says towards the end of the song "it will all make sense".
