Honey get out of the City Hall. Yorme Isko will pay that debt ,a debt for the improvement of the city. Honey Lacuna & her family has no sense of gratefulness to Yorme Isko. So, in other words the answer that non-sense talking of Honey about debt of Manila is the “IRA”( Internal Revenue Allotment) the future budget of Manila will automatically debited the debt that has been use for the development & improvement of the city.This is a Smart move of Yorme Isko.

😅what kind of a leader is she for complaining about the debt that Yorme Isko had borrowed from 2 government institutions for the projects which could be benefited by Manilenios. Since she is now a mayor it is her obligation to pay that debt. However, the way she referred to that debt parang personal na utang ni Yorme at yong projects ay si Yorme ang nakinabang. Wala naman syang problema sa pag bayad dahil taon taon may pambayad naman thru IRA. Alam na ginagamit mo lang itong utang da pamimolitika, but don’t you know that your statement just reflect your weak leadership!
