Naga traditional wrestling is all about skill, strength and tactics with stamina and since time immemorial, it has been the major sport of the Tenyimia people. Interestingly, no categories are classified and as such, a young teen may have to grapple with a matured adult regardless of weight and size.

Promotion of the sport is very important but same time, innovative and player-public friendly regulations too should be introduced & incorporated, may be. Or even on trial basis, new rules may be introduced for tournaments and check if it can be more beneficial for all.
