Excellent stuff as always, H & Chris. Having had the most pleasant experience of being on one of these podcasts I would heartily recommend it to anyone as they are top blokes and very welcoming. After last night, if Ange hasn't changed his tactics for the next 3 games and a) doesn't get good performances out of the team, and b) doesn't get 2 out of 3 wins i can't see him lasting much longer.

Speaking to a guy yesterday in the school playground. He asked if I had watched the game. Told him I haven’t watched anything so far this season and to be honest I don’t see anything to look forward to. I don’t mean to be doom and gloom but I’m just fed up. I’m actually fed up of being a fan, and that’s not an easy thing to say having supported Tottenham well over 30 years. Another 72 year old here. I think a couple of the Euro Conference games were on the same level, but here the players had downed tools from the start. At kick-off they broke out into a walk and nearly conceded in under 30 seconds. I dont think we got out of our half for first five minutes. This was Coventry reserve team..!! Spence was only one for 88 mins to realise this was a game of football - but he has been left out of Euro squad. That decision alone shows Ange has nothing between his ears. The new players must all be looking for a 60 day return clause in their contracts. Too many supporters blaming individual players but they had no chance with hands tied behind their backs with a system that doesn't work. Coventry played the long ball hoof and undid Spurs almost every time.

One other thing, that was one hell of a finish by Johnson. "You hold this boys future in your hands, committee. Its a valuable future (Daniel??) Believe me. Don't destroy ! PROTECT IT. EMBRACE IT. Its gonna make ya proud one day - I promise you" Ps we did exactly the same thing to Bale - every game he played we lost etc etc - by pure fluke he turned a corner days away from leaving for Forrest (??) or so they say. I'd prefer we employed some professional this time rather than tossing a coin.

I can't believe people are blaming Ange for this teams failures. Just like all the managers before, it wasn't their fault either. the common denominator in all this is Daniel Levy. If we get rid of Ange and blame him, Levy wins again and nothing will change. The one change that is needed is to see the back of Daniel Levy & ENIC. It's all down to the quality of signings, Levy won't pay the wages to sign top quality players, it's that simple. While this keeps happening, we'll win nothing. 24 years for me is 23 too long.

I'm with you, there are problems in this team. However we are not going to have two deep at every position. I think Davis has been a great team player and a good squap player to have since his value has gone down. He doesnt seem to complain or create drama just puts his head down and works for the team. I dont think he should be carching crap for playing to give one of two of our CBs a game off. I would like to have seen Moore play and Burgwal play the whole game. We are too static while recycling play, and our wingers seem to refuse to attack the goa, only the end line. Then send the ball to no one but the other team. We are toothless in the final third when the other team is set in. We tend to hide behind defenders in the center of midfield instead of moving to the gaps inbetween the the press. I dont think abyone but VDV is undropable and we need to find 11 that are going to work for the team and play with grit and purpose. If its the kids then its the kids. Im fine building for the future to fix the squad and i think we have talented youth here that i think should be playing together as much as possible with a mix of the veteran to help guide. Then my patience will be there for the season.

It's clear that this club is under mind control a part of a Tavistock exercise in how to control and manipulate the minds of a large fan base. And all we have is managers knowingly coming here for a quick payday as Levy continues this "take part but never win anything cycle of emptiness." None of these new signings are good enough to take Tottenham to the next level so in comes Tuchel for another lucrative payday, as he starts the same old fake process all over again.
