Wrong key bruh. And the first and second chord are when the verse starts is incorrect. The first two chords when the verse starts are B D F#- A and then C#-F A.

You said I played the song in the wrong key. Please tell me what key Layla Hathaway recorded it in and then tell me what key Anita Baker recorded it in and what key I played it in in this video. Make sure you pay attention to which artist's name I put first after the title of the song in this video. Another thing, I don't know one keyboard player that plays chords in the exact same inversion every single time they play a song. So whether it's first inversion or second inversion or whatever, it really doesn't matter. If you're so dead set against this tutorial please feel free to create your own tutorial, or even make a KZbin video telling everyone to stay away from my channel because I do not know what I'm talking about when it comes to music. You have the right to do that! Unlike you, I never say that I'm 100% sure about every single chord I teach. clearly I'm not as perfect as you are as a musician. This is nothing but just my interpretation of the song.

This is 1,000,000,000% the key Lalah Hathaway performed the song in. No, this isn't Anita's key, that's why I put Ms Hathaway's name FIRST, in the title and mentioned it during the tutorial. There's no way I learned this song by ear, listening FOR HOURS OVER AND OVER, writing down every chord one by one and somehow not played this in Ms Hathaway's key!

but the problem is, google. when someone searches for ANITA, guess what? YOUR video is included, by your use of her name, when its not her rendition, it's someone else's. As a musician, I can play it by ear as well. But for someone that cannot, you just boned them. they are not gonna want to transpose every chord like that. so if you were to do "yesterday" , by paul mccartney, you most certainly cant start playing ray charles, and think you did a good job by just placing Paul's name second on the list.
