i would honestly give anything for them to finish the manga, then remake the anime with better animation and accurate to the manga, that would be amazing. (basically like they did with fullmetal alchemist, the first anime had a different storyline but then brotherhood followed the manga directly). even after like 8 years i still love dnangel tbh

I've been wishing for that for so long but unfortunately the anime and manga has a niche fan base. Also it's so damn difficult to find any of the episodes now.

The author actually did come back and finish the manga recently. Unfortunately, it has a somewhat similar ending to the one we got in the anime. So I'm not sure if they would even bother doing a remake/reboot, especially since it's not well known/popular. But at the very least, I'm hoping Tokyopop (or someone) picks the manga back up to finish officially translating it since it's now done.

I think there is no strict classification, but often the drawings (shoujo shounen) are different and also the topics (Romance) Ok some guys say kuroko no basket is a girls-anime too. but it's great as well :D
