Give success, I am 57 years old and although I have a lot of medical issues that ultimately resulted in me having very little feeling in both my lower legs. I can barely walk and balance myself but I still can chair dance and use my arms fairly well. When I saw this video for the first, I was dancing my behind off from the song and the vibe that was going on in this class. Even with my age and disabilities, I can still GROOVE WITH THE BEST OF THEM! Keep doing your thing lady!! It young folk like Taiwan & Adrianna that keeps me in touch with dance.

In my area it is sad that not many guys like to dance anymore. Mostly girls and thats is ok w me. I am glad you make the most of music and dance as you can.
