Don’t be afraid! Be encouraged! What God has for you is for you! We had no down payment for our first home and God guided ( it was supernatural) us to a realtor that knew of a program that would pay our downpayment. Things got better and 5 years later I felt like we should sell the home as our 3 kids were outgrowing the 3 b 1 b home. God sent 2 people i didn’t know to confirm He wanted us to believe big and build our own home. We didn’t have much equity and had to sell the home ourselves, the week we put the sign out a pastor came by and said he was considering buying the home for his daughter. Well we prayed with him and when he opened his eyes, he said oh wow I could see the cross from my church over here and I have so much peace about this house, and we sold it to them. Then the builder of the new home asked us to go see some lots. The homes he was building in that area were much bigger than the home we had by 2.5 times. There were new home owners moving in and as we were visiting the area to consider the lots the new home owner invited me into her house. I wasn’t sure we could get one of those big houses. That new home owner said are you looking to buy a home, I said yes but not sure I could get one of these as they seemed out of my budget. She said tell the builder that you want him to pay the down payment for you. I said really? She said yes say this….. well I went back to the builder and said what the lady told me and he looked at me, looked at the paperwork and then said ok, sign here. ❤❤❤❤if God made a way for us, He will make a way for you! Trust Him, believe Him! 😇🙏
