Listening to these stories, teaches the new generation of Hmong women to be self independent and stop relying on their husbands. Honestly Hmong husbands (not all, but the older generations are treat like they are above all). Let’s stop the men eat first then women and kids. Why can’t we all just sit at the table and eat as equal? Men can cheat with no consequences, if that’s that case let us marry women go and cheat with no consequences!! Not only Hmong people have issues/problems. Every ethnic groups have their own issues but they don’t bring it up as much as Hmong people. Not a lot of people like to reveal their issues and problems. Seriously girl. Do you really think all those people with cheating spouses will actually say that to their cheating spouse/ex? May just won't say what they really say to the cheater.
