Think positively. Your adopted parents love you as much as they could. There are children who fallen in same situation and got it worst than you. Your husband: Good job!!!! I would have done the same and leave my husband. Everyone and every case is different. For me, I would love his and my parents evenly. I am in America now, not like how it is back in Laos or Thailand. I would lay it out that my parents don't have anyone but me. I may have to contribute more cares to them and he will have to care for his parents more. However, I will still love his parents. If my husband does not agree, time to divorce. Be an independent strong minded woman. 21st century now in America. I'm so sorry. I wished your children supported you in the beginning. When I was at the bank, I would have told the bank what happened and call the cops.

Some of it could b destiny/fate…but u also have free will. Ur upbringing was something u couldn’t control becuz u depended on other people to raise u. However, u also allowed other people to manipulate u later on in life (whether that be cultural/patriarchal society rules). U should’ve gotten out of that toxic relationship earlier. Plus, after divorcing…u should’ve said hell no to allowing the kids taking on the financial burden to bury him. He said he’d rather give/use his money on whatever he felt like when he was alive, rather than his own kids.
