Angela Hartnett leads University College Birmingham students for a surprise guest lecture.

We invited top chef and national treasure Angela Hartnett to surprise some first year University College Birmingham students, leading a guest lecture using the Hobart range of cooking equipment, including a Maestro suite.
Together they crafted some delicious dishes including a stunning Gnocci and Lamb Shoulder Ragout, with Angela sharing her wisdom and expertise with the students.
