@@Alessio279-9 No, this is part of a collection of mini webseries and sort of spinoffs they did while shooting the main show. This one in specific i believe was shot in 2006. The minseries consist of The Accountants, Kevin's Loan, The Outburst, The Blackmail and The Mentor. They have some other ones focusing more on small things that happen in the show like erin and kellys music career, or ryans horror movie

For what i understood, Kevin and Oscar wrote in Angela´s book, thats why they giggle and celebrate at the end.
