What camera and lens do you record with?
I use a Nikon D5500 with a 40mm macro lens. I use 2 soft boxes and a ring light for lighting.
What eye primer do you use?
I always use a concealer set with a translucent powder.

i'm not sure if there are any super similar colors in the original jaclyn hill palette, but you should do the swatch comparisons in the rest of your jaclyn hill vault videos like you did in the last one! they're really interesting and it's nice to see how they compare and swatch.

oh that's great this one worked out! i saw so many other youtubers use that same green and also teh one from dark magic and they had trouble with it. it sucks that they all used the greens for looks from the collection cause i wanted to see how the other mattes work.

I have the OG JH and the 39A and just by looking at all these colors and how they perform I don't need any of these. The dark magic palette has similar colors to the bottom part of the 39A. The mossy greens are also in the 39A. The reddish purples are in the 39A. And the warm tones are in the JH.

I’m a fairly new sub, but I have to say your eyeshadow looks amazing. I’m kind of basic when it comes to eyes. I’m interested in color, but terrified LOL. Plus I feel like where would I wear it? If I came out of the bathroom with the hot pink and teal eyeshadow look, I think my husband would think I was crazy 😜 And I work in an office so I definitely can’t wear to work. Plus I’m not that creative when it comes to colors complementing each other. You definitely have mad skills!
