Hi! I am a beginner at eyeshadow and I was wondering if you could tell me whether you have foundation on your eye or primer to make the shadows be more pigmented. I have a brownish skin colour and what can I do to make the shadow appear brighter and better?

+Aleesha Ahmed I always put concealer on my eyelid and then set it with a translucent powder before I put on my eyeshadow :) just get a concealer that matches your skin tone! Shape tape works great
