This dress construction was amazing and the patterning all done free hand!!! I can't imagine how long it took, but I am assuming it was a few months. It is so pretty and could also be used for a Valentine Ball as well. You are so talented, it's a shame your designs haven't made it to the red carpet events. They should be for sure. I also wanted to comment that you sounded so much happier; more uplifted than before. I'm glad that you consulted with others as well. Having people to call on for suggestions, support and/or advice makes it easier to complete the project. I hope you are noticing it as well. Thank you for showing us this project and how it was done. I think that the current balance of the garment is really good and additional bows would distract as you said. One good addition could be a narrow ruffle from the heart shaped fabric to the bottom edge of the bodice to continue the motif from the front overskirt upwards. ♡
