Omg, for a moment when I went to check I thought he was, roflol! You know that scene from season 5 episode 3 when Castiel finds Dean in a motel on his own and he's about to touch his forehead to teleport him? Dean leans back a little and the camera angle where we are looking at Dean and Cas has his hand up, it looks like Dean is sucking Castiel's thumb. Makes me laugh every single time I see it. 🤣🥰
