If you look at the circle and add the numbers that are located opposite each other, you get the number 21, for example 9 + 12 = 21. 8+13=21 4+17=21 10+11=21

​@angelgame1 Wow, I couldn't figure the answer out so I watched your vid, but after seeing the answer which is 12, I tried to solve it on my own. It's funny that my solution was different from yours. XD Here's mine, if you subtract the two numbers from two adjacent segments and compare it to the segments directly opposite from them, you'll get the same answer. So, 10-4=6 do the same to the opposite segments, 17-11=6. If 9-8=1, the answer must be 12 because 13-__=1 😆😆😆 Your explanation is better though. 😁
