Reiki is an ancient healing practice that works with vibrational frequencies and your energy field to lower stress, anxiety and depression. It increases energy levels, encourages sleep and relaxation and boosts the immune system. It is a complimentary treatment assisting in the healthy functioning of your chakras (or energy stations), and it aids in the healing process alongside conventional medical treatments.
We will be using hand movements and energy healing to cut negative cord connections. Then we will be cleansing and adding white light with clear quartz to bring positivity and good fortune. Hi Rachel, I'm new to this channel since a week now. Last night I watched your videos from secral chakra to crown chakra. Bcz I loved ur videos n want to watch them all but I Was overthinking n couldnt sleep early, before sleep the person n Lord I thought about they came in my dream and I remembered you telling sweet dreams like in this video and it was sweet dream that I saw my favorite lord in my dream ❤ thanks to you. Hi Kiran. I’m really sorry about your situation. I am unable to give you any advice regarding medical, financial or legal matters, but a registered professional will be able to help you. However, I would recommend practicing meditation, mindfulness and law of attraction. I’ve known many people who have turned their lives around with these practices and a positive mindset. Have a look at the book Ask and It Is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks. That’s a great place to start! And the KZbin channel Law of Attraction Solutions run by a gentleman called Robert Zink. I set the volume slightly higher and lay my phone on the pillow next to me. In the middle of your soft spoken guided meditation an ad came BLARING in and broke the serenity I was experiencing. I know you have no control over the ads however it would be wise to speak with YT about their inappropriate timing. It was/is Very disturbing to say the least. Yes, I could PAY to stop the ads but to me that adds insult to injury. PAY or your meditation will be abruptly interrupted.

Rachel, you are such an amazing intuitive healer ❤🎉 How can I learn the ancient wisdom from you‽🤗😳 I feel my psychic abilities but it scares me. How do I practice white magic and spell work when my Duchenne muscular dystrophy makes it challenging to do simple tasks like lighting a candle without needing help from people who invariably invade the sacredness of the space (much of the attendant care workers In America seem to be unaware of the heavy dark auras they often hold) 🫣😓

Thank you so much for your kind comment. 🙏❤️ You don’t actually need to light candles or use tools to carry out spell and manifestation work. The power is in your thoughts, feelings and frequency. So don’t worry too much about them if it is difficult for you. So, given your circumstances I would recommend more meditation work, listening to more 528hz and 432hz frequency music and practice affirmations and intention exercises. What you put out you get back right? The power of the divine emanates from within you. The candles, tools etc are just pomp and ceremony, but a lot of people like to use them so that they feel more involved and present with the spell work. Listen to other manifestation masters such as Bob Proctor, Eckhart Tolle, Abraham Hicks, Neville Goddard and Robert Zink, to name a few. I also love reading Paulo Coelho. His book ‘Manual of the Warrior of Light’ is incredible. Regarding others dark and negative energy…there are plenty of reiki healers like myself online that can help remove any negative energy you may have absorbed and protect you from being affected by them in the future. The more energy work you do for yourself and raise your vibration, the less they can affect you. 👍 I am launching a Patreon account in the Spring and hopefully creating some ebooks and an online course but until then I absolutely recommend the above mentioned. Sounds good will try out what you suggested! Somehow with my qigong practice I saw that the yin path of healing with a focus more on breathing and intention has given a lot of healing so I should probably apply the same concept here.
