The title: *has Puerto Rico in it* Me and the other boricuas summoned in the comments: 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀 On a more serious note about the palette, the exclusively warm color story doesn’t really scream PR to me. It would’ve greatly benefited with more greens (especially when you have a shade named after El Yunque of all things) and/or blues. Personally, I think more vivid and varied colors in general would probably fit better with the PR theme. Always excited to see the island get some acknowledgment tho. X3

I've spent a lot of time in Chicago (I'm in Milwaukee, an hour's drive away) and the BH Chillin in Chicago palette was just depressing. I don't think any of them could be as bad as that unless you live for neutrals, but it doesn't represent Chicago. If it was going to be neutrals it should have been more grays like all the concrete/black like two of the major skyscrapers that are so big that they each have their own zip codes, and also I would have put a grass green in it because Chicago does have a very lush green summer (even though it's a "Chillin in Chicago" palette. Winter in Chicago is car soot on snow. Do Chicago in summer instead.) I would have done some colors of the crazy large pigeons that hang out on the L platforms (they're almost half the size of my pugs.) Sports are huge in Chicago so an orange called "da orange" and a blue called "da blue" would have been fun, too (even though I'm in Wisconsin so I'm a Packers fan if I'm going to watch American Football.) Or, a blue for Lake Michigan, a huge reason that whole city exists where it does. A silver called "the bean," especially since the pompous artist that made it hates that it gets called that. My point is they did Chicago dirty. And deep dish pizza isn't as popular as thin crust pizza cut into squares. I would have stayed away from the topic and put in a brown called "Italian beef" instead. Or the vivid green that is the relish on a Chicago hotdog. There's a lot of happy colors in Chicago.

As a Puerto Rican, I feel this palette should have had some Jewel tones versus this more 'pastel light/warm' palette they went with. Give me deep greens and teals for El Yunque, a olive green shimmer for the old statues that have Patina, mint green to represent parts of Old San Juan, eggplant purple, cobalt blue, cool tone transitions, a nice matte chocolate, the reds/yellows and then it would have been perfect. It's cute, but I felt kind of let down cause it looks like other 'warm tone' palettes vs something that screams Boricua. Edit: I made a palette color redo on my Instagram just because I couldn't take that color scheme anymore instagram.com/zumbadorcito/
