I wish brands would do better with packaging that can be recyclable easier. I actually prefer companies who do more cardboard over plastic. Easier to store as well ie stack etc. This formula looks amazing. You look so amazing in green. 💚🤡

The whiskey lip product looks more like a cosmo than whiskey. Whiskey is usually a caramel/amber. They could’ve done a whiskey palette for neutrals instead of a chocolate martini just to add another beverage. Edit: still beautiful palettes and looks!

Lol, I ordered the Chocolate and Dirty Martini ones and I'm actually keeping the tacky bottles - in fact, I even managed to remove the "foil" wrappers from the tops in one piece by carefully slicing up the back and replaced them (secured with tiny bits of scotch tape). Yeah, they're kitschy but I think they're fun and I don't mind looking at them.

I'm keeping mine, too! I do wish the labels were a little prettier, and maybe the bottles were a little smaller so they used less plastic... But they're staying on my vanity all the same. I have a weakness for tacky things.

Finally got around to ordering from Glamlite (!!) after seeing you work with the formula in several different videos over the last year or so. I ended up getting the bundle of the 4 Happy Hour palettes. Super excited to get them and try them out for myself! Only 10 months after you uploaded this video . . . 🙂

The glam lite eyeshadow primer did me DIRTY. After 2 hours my eyeshadow was fading and creasing horribly, I was super self conscious for the rest of the day. It’s rare when a product is so bad that I don’t want to be seen in public lol

I’m disappointed in the packaging, so I won’t be purchasing because of the excessive plastic, but if I could just purchase the cardboard palette I would grab the chocolate martini & the wine palettes because they are gorgeous.

Also I kept the plastic packaging because I thought it was cute and as a graphic designer I have an above average interest in package design. I would have liked to see better design on the actual pallettes as well.

I remember the Margarita look you posted a little while ago on your ig stories. I liked it so much that the next day when I’ve planned to meet my friends, I went for it. Since I don’t have the specific palette, was going for Oden’s Eye as the same colors were there, and it was so cool to do! ♥️ People who saw me were, like, “this looks so good, but I would never have the courage to go for it”. 😅 It’s November outside, in Latvia at least, it’s pretty colorless outside, so, I’m quite sure this look stood out of everything with that huuuuge summer vibe. 😆 Thanks for inspiration! 🔥

I am so excited about this entire palette collection!!! I asked my husband for all 4 palettes for Christmas and skipping on the lippies and highlighters as I don't like the shades....but these palettes are everything! And you are right I am really quite bummed the design of the card board palette itself wasn't designed a bit cuter in typical glamlite style instead of the plastic bottles! However since I love the color stories and the formula I won't complain too much.

I’m sad you don’t like that Irish cream lip color. I’m kinda obsessed with it on you. It brings out your tan complexion. The overall look you came up with for the palette, with your tan, pale lippy and the green shirt makes you look like a pretty fairy. Ugh! 🤤

I've always disliked Glamlite's food themed makeup packaging and this is the first time I have liked their palette's rectangular packaging. But I won't buy it on principle because of the wasteful plastic outer bottle. I hope the brand takes this on board for future releases

I don't know about this release, but the first stock usually includes the PR-type packaging, and then the restocks don't. So, if you DON'T want them, you might be able to wait for a restock. At least, that's how it seemed to work, previously. Like, if you didn't want the big ice cream truck box, you had to wait for the restock of Ice Cream Dream. I really liked the previous ones (the ice cream truck, the Cake oven, and the Red Velvet Cake Oven, though the latter 2 might be permanent?). I really don't like those plastic bottles, though. 😕 Not the kind of thing I'd display, anyway.

Please tell this to them, Angie) but, on the other hand, i think this is going to be the first time I’m going to do a order to Glamlite. These palettes are so amazing.
