Hello, my sweet friends! 🥰
Autumn is arriving to the Rocky Mountains, apples are ready to pick, mushroom are growing, the days are getting shorter and colder. I’m so excited for the arrival of this cozy season.
In today’s video I’ll be making a pencil case, baking apple pie cookies and an apple galette, making an autumn bucket list, and looking for forest treasures. 🍄🍂🍁

That fox looks amazing! I really love the pencil case. My favorite fruit... maybe grapes. There are some grapes that are called "Witch Fingers" because they are long. They are very sweet and delicious. Oh!!! I really want the apple cookies recipe complete, please!

It was interesting watching your video about autumn coming to where you live. Today we had our hottest day of the summer here in northern Wisconsin USA, over 100 degrees heat index. This evening we had 3 young white tailed deer (bucks) come to our yard and drank our bird bath dry. I filled it again and also filled the bucket and left it beside the bird bath. I don’t know if the deer will return or maybe the raccoons that often come after dark. Thanks.

All those lovely thread color choices for your great embroidery!! You did great with the fox. Did your mom teach you to sew then since you saw her sew often? You look like a sweet gnome! It is nice you got a break from your baby. I have always taken my children everywhere with me until my oldest was 14 (now 16). I have a baby I bring wherever I go now. My husband is great with our kids, but I don't know. . we even used to take them on our dates with us. Just how we are. haha. My oldest started to stay home on his own though at 14. It was not easy to do when used to taking him everywhere.
