Just a point on why people are going to parks that might help you understand. Lots of people live in flats with no outside space and have been stuck in those flats for a year. Going to a park is their only chance to get outdoors and I don’t think they should be shamed for that. Unfortunately not everyone has gardens and we should be thankful that we do

I don't know how well the books hold up cuz I read them in middle/high school but Sarah Dessen books are all about the teen angst romance and I remember really liking them. Some are short and you could read them in a day, others are longer (the longer ones I remember liking a lot more).

Oh, I know the feeling wanting to read some trashy romance books, I get them too; reading one or two such books and I'm done, give me some gruesome murder mystery, I cannot handle the soppy romance anymore. I can't wait until I get this palette to my hands and play with it, been waiting for a long time for it. Of course my mum's going to wonder why I bought this since I just recently got the whole Oden's Eye Norns eye shadow collection... Well, just so that I have some neutrals as they are not really something that I use, am way too crazy after vibrant colours. Well, I do hope it goes well when your country is ready to gradually open up; we had a problem with lockdown that never went down as the government deemed it to be against some laws (can't remember which) and we - me and my co-workers - are on the opinion that they should do something that would decrease the amount of infections instead of blathering on and on about some stupid rights and laws while people get infected left, right and center. I'm so tired of their inefficiency and want to get the blasted vaccine as I am always at risk while working because of the careless, dismissive customers who do not care about other peoples right to be alive an well.

I feel you on loosening restrictions (I'm in Quebec, Canada). I wish so badly that we would either do a full lockdown for 3-4 weeks and actually proactively aim for zero covid or the government actually educates people on what to do and the risks associated with said actions. So tired of the yoyo opening and closing of businesses and restrictions lifted and tightened. So many of us have been working from home or sheltering in place or whatever the circumstances in our area so children can physically attend school (and trust me, it's definitely in the best interest of my kids!) but between the government yoyoing and the public either following guidelines halfway or not at all, it feels like our efforts are for nothing. Sorry for the massive rant but I guess I needed to get it off my chest.
