I wish brands would stop calling all their launches "revolutionary" and "never been done before". It already puts me off the products hearing them described like that. There's so much makeup in the world, it's PROBABLY been done before in some shape or form. It's fine to do something that's "been done before", if you put your own spin to it and make it really well. No need to reinvent the wheel every time.

When it comes to the large lashes, I am a cosplayer and my makeup looks tend to be on the dramatic and "fake" side. I love the larger lashes for my looks and I only tend to get my large lashes from Halloween sales so I'm happy someone is making more dramatic lashes from a higher quality brand! Depending on the price I might have to try it out!

8:21 Ι think they did that because vitamin c brightenss your skin (if you use it excesively, but helps dark spots and a healthy glow look nice on everyone) but it isn't near the effect a highlighter would provide. Also whenever you use vitamin c on your skin you should wear 30 spf so i font find it as a good idea to be in makeup

The double cleanse method was started in southeast Asia and all of their products, the real innovators, are very affordable. I don't pay more than $20 for any oil cleanser and they are always, always, better than western high end brands

Angelika, I've already thanked you for warning me off the newer ABH palettes, but the other day I was looking around Morphe and ever since you pointed out that their enormous palettes tend to be about four shades repeated over and over again... OH MY GOD, I CAN'T UNSEE IT! There's a brown palette that I swear is all the same shade beneath the top row and it's got a billion shades. I'm so glad you're around just pointing out the bullshit like that because for less savvy makeup buyers like me, it really isn't always obvious or common sense.

i bought the naughty nude pallet because i fell in love with the color story, it's so beautiful. if you use slippery underneath the glittery shades, they stick so much better and really transform them. if you use slippery as a transformer shade for the glittery shades, it works really well, but i wouldn't wear it on it's own unless you're going for a glossy lid

in my opinion putty blushes are the best blushes I've ever had . like the colorpop supershock blushes you can put them on both on top of powders or creams and they are never patchy and if the color is dark or you apply too much in one spot you can blend it easily .same experience with putty Korean blushes.
