I always wondered if Angelina would sing this song again after she did it in the studio when she was 14. 18 years old now and a stronger and more mature voice. She killed it!

Whenever she covers a heartfelt ballad belonging to Adele, Rhianna, or Lana Del Rey, Angelina will always bring more emotion laden penetration than them and basically it comes down to the fact that she is the consummate jazz singer, whereas the others are 'Pop' artists. Unless you are on a level of emotional singing like her mentor Billie Holiday, there is no way to match what Angelina does concerning songs like this.

You are correct the surround for the drums is a sound barrier so it will not overshadow the beautiful voice of Angelina. ❤❤❤❤❤

This is an awesome recording. James and others "remaster" these and the quality is incredible. This is one of the best recordings I have seen from the concert. I will put a link to Big Angie Fan page for a wonderful rec. of "Princess of Ruins" with lyrics When you do this one. I seem to have issues if I put multiple links in these. Thank You. The encasement was to take away some of the sounds . Sending them upwards. The drummer was a bit too heavy most times. Especially the Kick Drums. Too flat. It’s a young set of guys. That’s why Jazz Musicians were the best . They could play music and keep it down . Putting the Artis out front
