Few here will recognize just how difficult it is to perform to a huge crown in an auditorium setting. There's no band immediately behind you to provide support. The music just vanishes into the huge expanse of the audience. In the days before headphones we'd use monitor speakers facing us so we could hear what we were doing. This performance by a child under these circumstances is beyond words. What a pro.

You are right about that fearless. I have even heard her sing while very sick even then she wasn't troubled one bit that she may not do well. I don't think it ever crosses her mind. There is a story that one of Angelina's tutors once asked if she were anxious and nervous about her upcoming performance. Angelina looked at the tutor with a questioning look and then asked the tutor what she mean't. It took the tutor a half an hour to try and explain what being nervous mean't. I have never seen even the briefest of look of fear or hesitation before performing. I do believe in destiny sort of. I believe we are all born with gifts that we either discover and use to make the world better with them, or you could be like me and after 69 years haven't found the gifts you were given. I believe we are given natural inclinations that sort of help us on your way. Or, like me you are driven slowly crazy yo-yo'ing between hopeful and hopeless as your early attempts at something that has grabbed your interest spurs you to pursue a new interest in the hope that this will be the thing. Only to meet the same fate as all the other dead-ends where the lack of something essential to actually let you finish something never materializes, and you're left back at the beginning again thoroughly defeated and with one less option. Angelina will never have to worry about that outcome. She is as close to a perfect example of destiny as I can think of. I wasn't going to get into all this, but there it is, out in the open. Ain't it great to be me!!

Once in a while it happens, new talent at its fingertips but someone who has it, just pure nature with a huge voice tool in her pockets as a little girl already on stage and now evolving. Now at just 14 years of age where many others are still involved in mini golf or badminton, this young lady is a revelation. Fortunately, she is at the very beginning of a world reputation, sensibly guided by her family. We will hear and see a lot from her because if you watch her performance it is as if she just shakes it out of her pockets and that is certainly not the case because try it yourself!

Ever notice when a really great entertainer goes on stage, the audience quiets down in anticipation? There is almost no one I've seen lately that can command that respect. Alice Fredenham did it on BGT and shocked the judges. Angelina seems to do it without effort.

Umm… people, she is clearly singing over a backing track (for both songs). There is no live guitarist playing with her, "rushing" the song. The guitarist probably recorded the instrumental track _months_ before this performance happened. Any problem with syncing you're hearing is due to Angelina herself trying to sing along with a very echoy playback in this cavernous venue. She didn't appear to be wearing an earphone, AFAICT (of course, I could be wrong about that), and there didn't seem to be any monitors in front of her to pipe the sound directly to her. Given the circumstances, I think she performed _extremely_ well!

Undoubtedly she was singing with a recorded backup instrumental track. I have seen her perform these same 2 songs with a live guitarist and the performance was quite different, and much better than with the recorded track.
