This is my favorite version of Angelina's cover of "Crazy". She covered it with a band on her CD "It's Magic", but for me this rendition is better. Just a single guitar and Angelina. WOW!! Several years ago this was voted the greatest CW song ever. And this is the best cover of this song by anyone, ever! Best wishes Sandy. Billy J

Kevin Neal Once again she nails an old classic. Her voice just flows through you, the texture she has creates such emotion. I see where you did watch her original Shields but her other original What Is Life is also excellent, you really should take the time and watch it. Also she just did a cover of the Whitney Houston Song, I Have Nothing, and that is amazing. After listening to so many of her acoustic versions I must give the people behind her so much credit. The arrangements they put together are amazing!

I love Angelina's version of this song and "Crazy" is one of my favorites. She went on to record this song, in studio, with The Staff Band of the Norwegian Armed Forces Brass Division, and produced the album, "It's Magic," which was released last June. The acoustics, sound quality, and well-orchestrated band accompanying her, really cued in the clarity, richness, and jazz quality in Angelina's voice. Her dynamite performance to James Brown's: "It's a Man's World" is a favorite by most, and got a standing ovation, at her Forsvarets Stabsmusikkorps Live-Concert, in Oslo Norway, at the time it was released. But, this album also features her best Elvis recording: "Can't Help Falling in Love," her first written and composed song: "What is Life," her best-ever Bobby Vinton classic hit song:"Mr. Lonely," and many more like: "Cry Me A River," "Fly Me to the Moon," "Oslo" (which she also composed), et al. Sandy, I would highly recommend it for your own personal collection and enjoyment. Last I checked, it was available on iTunes and Amazon, where you can "sample test" each song, before deciding. You won't regret it! BTW, I was impressed by your brief version of this song, at the end. It sounded great!

you are probably one of the few reactors that knew this was written by Willie. I was playing on a flatbed on Exchange st. behind Billy Bobs Tx next to Willie's bus. I sang a very country version of "City Of New Orleans" while Willie was 'smoking' next to his bus. He recorded it 2 years later.

I understand how you feel about those pop singers singing so loud and ear piercing and doing all that howling during and at the end of their songs. One in particular is Angelica Hale. Her loud piercing voice and howling gets irritating very quick. Angelina's voice is so smooth and jazzy and easy to listen to and everything she sings is so beautiful without all that loud screaming.

Love this cover! What drives me nuts is that the guitar has one string that is slightly flat and it is distracting! Doesn't detract from the overall effect but an out of tune instrument just drives me CRAZY!
