AJ plays guitar, keyboard/piano, violin and flute. Don’t forget she writes music and was the youngest author in Norway to publish a book. No loud band, no light show, no dancers, just two instruments to accompany the MAGIC that Angelina Jordan brings like no one else can. At 7 she was killing us, at 16 she is taking us places we have never been. What a glorious production, praise to everyone involved, so perfect for Angelina Jordan she rules the universe with her talent. Again, the great talent of Rob Christie playing the piano. The Cinemaphotography, a total MASTERPIECE, Excellent ART Cole McCarthy! Great touch, the cousins and sister get a cameo. Mery, you should be so proud, AJ's grandma produced this. (This red guitar is identical to the one Elvis played in his 1968 concert on TV.) Oh, the tears, and loss of breath, she is like no other in the universe. Here is a classic example of what this ethereal talent, Angelina Jordan, can achieve she takes a mundane song and turns it in to phenomenal classic. Angelina at 16 is the MASTER of her universe, she is top priority for both Stargate, and AJ's voice has been unique since she was 7 years old and now at 16, she controls us as an audience, leaving us hang on every word and phrase. She has written a number of songs.

Hi. Just went to her concert 10th july in Sandefjord Kurbadhagen which is only half an hour from where we live.i am from Bristol UK and been watching Angelina since 2014 on Norways got talent.She has transformed my life here with her music talent and all her charity shows in Sweeden and Norway from the age of 7/8.She went before Nora Jones at a South Korea concert age 10 but basically Norway is a quiet strange place to live so following Angelina and meeting fellow Bristol Ian St the concert doing Angelina podcasts and fantastic cover channel showing other variations of the various covers before playing Angelina,s. YOU ARE CORRECT a lot of different covers for suspicious minds BUT Angelina, s is so unique an emotional warm version stands out from any others.Forgot to tell you hearing her live is even better than listening to you tube she is a true talent.My favourite was It,s a man's world and back to black James brown and Amy Winehouse but now this Elvis cover is so amazing like you pointed out in so many ways.Glad to see you have found Jorgen Dahl Moe he will be Norways male version of Angelina.Fantastic emotional and does his own versions of whatever.Love to hear the two of them together he is fantastic on the guitar would be amazing duet.Keep up your good work.love listening to your brilliant opinions.

Jess, this arrangement was 100% pure Angelina in origin. She decided to start the song with the slower tempo, heartfelt bridge to set the tone for the entire song. Once again, this reinvention of Elvis' last No. 1 record is to honor him and is another aspect of the brilliance of Angelina Jordan.

Angelina Jordan is an ORACLE Oracles have existed in human form in every culture around the world. Many are still noted in our time, such as the Oracles at Delphi in Greece, the Chief Oracle of Tibet, and the Oracles of ancient Egypt, but there are countless examples. They are the remnants in our minds of a time in which we all remembered. How else can we explain the hypnotic effect this creature has on all who dare experience her? What a glorious production, praise to everyone involved, so perfect for Angelina Jordan she rules the universe with her talent. Again, the great talent of Rob Christie playing the piano. I continually seek explanation: reincarnation (old soul), Roman & Greek mythology (human-like goddesses with specific capabilities), neuroscience (affects of music on the listeners brain chemistry), etc. Angelina makes me think the Sirens encountered by Ulysses in Homer’s Odyssey were based upon some historically factual long-lost singing techniques during ancient times that Angelina rediscovered.
@ryanjacob33382 жыл бұрын
@@dojoswitzer haha, love it, if I had to guess I would think having 10 years of professional experience already, at 16, is unique. That confidence to be yourself, confirmation and encouragement and support from all around you that whole time, is the culprit. You can't be unique without huge confidence, you would instead be looking to emulate someone else, something that works, every single second you preform and in every decision. Being that young under those circumstances is unique, those are important years that make the most difference in life in every other way of life, uncommon in music but maybe the same? Her artistic decisions being really good is wild as well. Obviously she hears and feels and creates music differently. And we all love it. But I'd assume the only thing given and not of her manifestation is that amazing vocal tone. The supernatural does make sense too though, it is easier to grasp oddly enough. I think she is a human in tune with her senses and tools to an elite extent, who found her passion at 2 years old. Humans can be amazing as we know, even by 16. If she was shut down, taken advantage of or led astray then what? It all just came together I think, it happens. The right girl, with the right family, found the right passion super early, the right influences, and the right friends and contacts professionally. Odds are better there were supernatural forces at play, I grant you that, human lives don't go so proper. But I figure lucky us. She deserves all the credit, with a very important honorable mention to those in her life, and even her fans who found her early on. I stop short of saying lucky her though, in a sense, but kids don't want 10 years of professional experience in anything by 16, ever. She has earned it, she has been clearly grateful the whole way as well, she has given lots as entertainment, connection and otherwise. Things went as they should for once. No doubt with meticulous effort and love from all involved. I love the otherworldly talent, and the otherworldly explanations for it, they speak too how impressive she really is, they do not detract. But I figure I should but in and make sure both kinds of credit are given.

Once the arrangement is ready, she begins to sing and captivates the listener from the first note and now Angelina's magic takes over. Depending on the mood of the listener at the time, the journey through the song will have different effects. Angelina makes you understand, but also feel the lyrics of classic songs that you’ve heard 100 times before. The visual nods to Elvis are clear and honest. The vibe, though, is all Angelina. Combining melody with speaking, especially in that lower register, is a hallmark of her singing-you can watch it and hear it at 9 years old in I Put a Spell on You or even in her amazing cover of Bang, Bang at 8 years old. Angelina combines unique musicality, a voice for the ages, and the ability to interpret lyrics straight to the heart of each listener individually. And every video she’s done with Republic just oozes class and attention to detail. Simply the best singer I’ve ever heard…

Hi. Now that you've reacted to several of Angelina's performances What are your thoughts about this young phenom since I first begged you to take a look at her. Did I not tell you she would be worth it? This arrangement was all Angelina, I have no doubt. She is a Master Storyteller. I believe the girls in the video represent Angelina's Journey from infancy to present through the classics of music history. Thus the Antique store, She grew up studying and performing these classics. Did you notice that right foot raise it''s heal to cradle the guitar a couple of times in the performance. I was waiting for her to throw in a little shake to it in homage to the King. Could that have been intentional? That is Rob Christie on piano. Sister Juliette and a couple of Uncle Michael's Babies. I think that makes them cousins not nieces. Full Black Leather Bodysuit, the guitar from his concert in 68 and the hair a homage to Priscilla Presley. Yeah! She brings tears to your eyes don't she? Epic. Incredible. There are no words. Epic! Wow, Wow, Wow! Could it be more Beautiful? ♥👣👸🏻🎷 Yeah she doing a Concert in Norway this month! Album to drop soon! So much to look forward to.♥👣👸🏻🎷 Please let me know you have seen my comment. I haven't got a reply since I first introduced you to her.

Loved the Reaction BEL. This, to me is just a stunningly beautiful rendition that I am sure Angelina arranged herself...she is brilliant. You will likely get a lot of information here but just a couple of things to notice, the Pricilla Presley hairdo, the leather Elvis suit, the red Elvis comeback guitar from his 68 Comeback tour, Director of Republic Records and Grammy winner Rob Christie on piano, dressed like the Elvis band members from 68....there is so much thought and respect to Elvis that Angelina and of course her Grandma Mery who produced this work of art, put into this. aside from having the best voice I've heard Anglina is also the greatest interpreter of lyrics.. According to the songwriter at the time, he was married to his first wife but still had feelings for his childhood sweetheart, who was married back in Houston. His wife had suspicions about his feelings. He felt it was a confusing time for him and that all three were "caught in this trap that they could not walk out of." . Elvis version and all other covers I've heard with the boucny upbeat tempo loses those feelings of hurt , confustion, regret remorse and hope which was the intent of the lyric.... She also brilliantly uses the bridge as an intro to set the mood " oh will our love survive I'll dry the tears from your eyes don't let a good thing dies when honey you know I'll never lie to you... The first time I've eve heard this song not start right from the verse...

Exactly! We can hear the conversation, the story being even more heartfelt, deeply emotional as she takes this rock n roll song of the 60s and does it as a slower bluesy modern jazz piece. All while still being a tribute to one of her musical mentors with the gold, mirrors, black jump suite similar to his 68 Comeback Special, the kind of guitar he used in that, Pricilla's hair style, such a strong hearty sound in her voice that we hear Elvis. Excellent.

Loved your analysis. I learn a lot from your technical expertise. To me, any song is like a 3-legged stool - the lyrics and melody are one leg, the production values is the second leg, and the artist's performance is the third. Maybe that is over-simplified, but you diminish or take away any one leg, and the stool wobbles or falls. This video is as solid as it gets. It is a stunning overall performance.

Liked u'r analysis 3 legged stool (in Swedish stol!) . Did see her first time last week in Norway and was knocked how strong as an performer she has become. A bit strange when she's not performed last 2 years. But at this stage almost nothing about her surprises me any more. Maybe she will evoke the conversation between the songs but it is negligible. 😆🇸🇪

@@visionblow I am so jealous of you Lech! Wish I coud have been there. She is still young, so I'm sure her banter between her and the audience will improve as she tours more, if I am understanding you correctly.

@@bills5268 Hi Bill! Well, maybe I worked for long in showbusiness and are probably occupationally injured.It's not about the bantering. She has the audience in her arms. When I worked with different artists we put a lots of effort how to present songs and (to vary the talk & to make it to an integrated part of the show). But then I think gush she's only 16 and so uncredible developed and the most charming with her is her absolute authenticity. And that's nothing you can train for. Definitively prefer that rather than an 'overdirected' performance. And it was so inspiring to see all her devoted fans coming from the whole world. There must be a reason ! Wish u will see her soon wherever u're! Greetings from Sweden (we have a little share - her father Swedish). 😆🇸🇪
