Need to start future comments about Angelina with the simple statement….. you are a true artist….. it’s the best compliment I think I can give her without going into OTT gushing superlatives all the time! The best female vocalist I have ever heard! This is the best live version of this song with Toby by far. Remembering it’s live in a very small intimate setting Angelina sounds superb, on pitch and with all emotion needed to make it work. Once again she excels in the limited voice and single instrument setting, which is fast becoming her ‘brand’! Would have paid serious money to be able to attend this performance. Great to hear in other parts of the blog that Toby wants to do a full concert with Angelina, if I’ve picked that up correctly, this is exactly the support she needs to expand her fan base.

Insane how AJ always performs live as well as (or better than) her studio performances. The emotion AJ transfers here is mind blowing -- with just an accompanying piano. And because it's just one instrument, Toby follows her lead -- just listen to the changes in tempo that AJ makes. At 18 years old she is beyond professional, and Toby is just an outstanding accompanist. Notice how completely different his accompaniment is from the studio version. Just pure brilliance.
