Thanks for another wonderful reaction with Angelina. This is certainly one of the interpretations of Angelina's songs that most grabs your soul and makes you look inside, its slow, smoky, sweet, intimate tones drag you and make you lose the sense of time. Her voice is so emotional it leaves you like a log on the beach after a storm, but it's also so sweet! For me the best version I've heard of this song, she completely captures the pain of the lyrics, more much that original version. Even though she is little more than a child, she has the ability to read songs in an incredible way, everything about her that always amazes you, every time she manages to find a new reading key, that no one has had before her.💛🧡❤

Her vocal gymnastic ability is beyond that of any other singer I've ever experienced. She moves up and down the musical scales in a way that her voice can mimic actual musical instruments, bringing forth a 'haunting like' presentation here. Her mentor Billie Holiday spoke about wanting to use her voice to match the sound of actual musical instruments and Angelina is following in Billie's footsteps.

I happened to be on line at the time it was released and this beautiful angel climbed another step towards her dream. I believe ALSO at ten years old! What's up True? Man, this was HAUNTING. Compared to the original, Angelina slowed this down and kept this very simple with the keyboard and bumped up the emotions big time! She's 18 now, but looking back at these songs that she has done makes you realize her artistry and skill were on another level and she just continues to grow and get better and better. Crazy!
