She talks about when her father died, she turns to him telling him that she has made peace with her pain because he left her alone and she was afraid and she talks about the moment of all those people who came to the house to offer condolences but not all of them honest, she was 13 years old and she was angry because she was looking for love from people but she only received pinches on the cheek from old ladies as if they didn't consider the pain of a little girl but she was the one who needed the most to give peace to that trauma (she the daughter of a famous Italian singer who died during a stage show and that day she was present at his concert)

Con fila indiana lei ha rappresentato la fila di persone che passava lei davanti per rendere l'ultimo saluto a suo padre (Mango) morto 10 anni fa' mentre cantava sul palco la sua canzone scusandosi con il pubblico. . Questa canzone mostra tutte le sensazioni che lei ha provato quel giorno e in quelli successivi. Il batterista è suo fratello, il chitarrista è il suo fidanzato.

You're right Fila Indiana has the same meaning of Portuguese. That's an incredible image of the people bringing their condolences to Angelina's house when her father passed away. So emotional that you can feel it even not speaking Italian...we usually start be emotional though...start crying. Amazing Angelina!

"Fila indiana" = Single line. Talking about the hundreds of unknown people in line coming to present their griefs when her father died when she was 13 y/o. And talking about her feeling of loneliness and angriness for her father leaving so suddenly and the absence of real empathy from relatives, while expressing all the other emotions related to this situation, such as the disgusting attitude of journalist searching for informations even in the rubbish.
