Man this is awkward. This song is for me like the best of the album, Even if I'm way more Into deathcore than instrumental tracks. This one is pure magic, guitars, drums, and Yeah fucking bass are all so well together. I wish this song wasn't just considered as a simple interlude. THIS SONG IS FUCKING GOLD

First note, While I still think Citadel is a great song, I would say my taste has expanded and evolved quite well over the past three years since I left this comment. Second note, I know Shadow of Intent very well, and I love them to death, quite possibly my favorite band, or at least top 3. I do also like them more than Angelmaker. Last note, if I were to speak for my past self, even in that comment, I said, one of the best, not THE best.

This song could use a little more recognition. I would recomend this song to any metal fan, but of course they won't do their research, because this is from a deathcore band, and "ALL of deathcore is rubbish!" And they claim to be open-minded. 🤔 I can already tell you that I can hear Beethoven influences from this song. It's almost as if Beethoven came back from the dead and helped AngelMaker write an epic tune. Love this song.

I hope you don't take this wrong. But this song reminds me of some Darkest Hour instrumental. And I mean that in a good way. I fucking love Darkest Hour, and they are amazing. What i'm saying. The degree of craftsmanship in this song is amazing. It also has a feel of maybe Fleshgod Apocalypse mixed in. And they are just as amazing. You guys fucking rock!

Oliver Anodin Not sure how much Darkest Hour you've listened to. But try Pathos+Ethos, Terra Solaris Terra Noctunus, Part II and How the Beautiful Decay, and The Light at the Edge of the World. Some of them are fairly short, but, if you listen to those, I think you'd hear my comparison from this song to those.
