I never paid attention to how well or not well received angels and airwaves was but I remember being 16 in my bed, getting ready to listen to them for the very first time. I threw my ipod together, laid in my bed in a pitch black room, pumped the volume up, and listened to the entire album. I went on a trip, I'll say that much.
