I've learned from my own experience not to listen to what is said about others... I choose to make my own decision about people and give people the chance I was never given. People make mistakes and I understand that. If you're willing to own up to your mistakes and strive to do better that's all that matters. None of us are perfect, we're all just trying to make it in this cold, cruel world so if we find a safe landing place we can choose to nourish it or allow others to diminish it. I choose to heal and grow and make God the center of my life and if someone wants to step up and walk alongside me I'm not going to judge them for their past mistakes. We've all got a past and none of us have any room to judge anyone else. I choose to move forward and look ahead not behind and I'm willing to help others do the same if they have a genuine heart. I'm done with people who like to play games and need to destroy others to make it to the top. That's not in me so I lose every time. I appreciate the genuine connections I encounter because they are few and far between for me so I'll fight to keep a connection from being broken by Satan and the people he uses to do his handiwork. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏
