Great comparisons of Angel Share clones. I recently received Royal Blend (clear bottle), Royal Blend Nero (black bottle), Cellerio Epic, and Coctail Intense. I also already had khamrah & Kismet Angel. I havent smelled my sample of Killians Angel share for years now, so I cant say which one is most similar. But, i can say which one i like the most, which ultimately is more important to me than just having similarities to the OG. My fave is Royal Blend Nero. It is the most similar to khamrah with that dates/toffee hint, and its the most powdery, dry, and smoothest or best blended of all. My 2nd fave Cellerio Epic which is also similar to Khamrah with that date/toffee touch, and is somewhat powdery smooth still. My 3rd fave is Khamrah. I love the floral hints in there behind the toffee for balance. I also like the square bottle the most. 4th fave was Coctail Intense because it was very powdery, dry, smooth, and airy. 5th fave was Royal Blend. I feel that it has some sharpness that is less smooth or less well blended. 6th and last was Kismet Angel. It smelled good but also had some sharpness. So, i guess i am favoring more of an inspired style over exact clones. I recomend checking out R B Nero. I also like Frapin 1270. Frapin also has been making real cognac for ages. Its a cognac frag with mild vanilla & dried fruit notes. I just wish it had good perfomance. And, it is expensive. I guess i love the dried fruit, dry wood vibes. I did not catch which ones you were giving away, if they are either Brooklyn Frag Lover, Sharoff Blend, or the Borouj one, i'd be interested in those since i dont have those. Thanks again.

I heard it was a clone of Bed and Body discontinued Teak Wood or something like that. But, it is very similar to Angel Share clones. It smells like rich, buttery, orange liquor with lots of wood. And, i think my fave overall cognac/liquor frag is has to be YSL L'Homme EDP. Man, it smells very similar to Hard Wood with rich orange or blood orange, cognac, lots of wood, and some freshness added in, like aldhydes. It is definately the most versatile. Its been recommended even for year around office use, but i dont use it to much during summer heat. Anyway, thanks again.

I'm also trying to get royal blend, but I'm surprised you prefer cocktail intense...I own cocktail intense and find it weak. Also, I'm after kismet magic/angel, is it same smell as Royal blend and cocktail intense?

@ Kismet Angel/Magic is in the same family as Cocktail Intense. My Cocktail Intense lasts 6 hrs. I wonder if there are different batches with different performance. I have tried the Aariz. I just didn’t get the full bottle. I have it in the Khamrah style group.

It's even more complicated if you realize Arabiyat Prestige has portrait- a fragrance that is also similar to Khamrah, but more similar. Aariz isn't that close if you smell it for a while. Zikra is just a boozy and woody goodness. Don't see any dupe topping it. I just need more fragrances of the same DNA(cheaper ones even) so I can preserve Zikra 😂

Nice detail review. I bought a tester refill bottle of Angle's share which I get for lower price than a bottle of Alexandria's. Apart from Khamrah or hybrid one I literary cannot tell the different if I do blind test (maison, montage,cocktail,intoxicate) if I have to nit pick I'd say the real one is a bit stronger. I think I will buy a refill back up and call it a day for Angle's share DNA.

I just don’t see how people say cocktail intense is close. It’s not a bad scent but it really isn’t all that sweet and the spice in it is very fresh spicy. To me it’s Kismet Angel, And Royal blend out of what I tried.

If you want the closest one that lasts the longest, I would go with Alt (It is an Extrait de Parfum). All are good. I think Royal Blend is more boozy than the OG, but still good. The middle realm of the three is Montage Intense, which is a good price for a great fragrance.

The disrespect for my Montage is heartbreaking. I recently got a decant of the OG and Montage is better all the way around to my biased nose. Angel’s Share has a fermented nuance to the opening that I’m not crazy about.
