I agree it's very daunting. And I didn't get onset adult ADHD I was 53 or at least that's what I started taking medication for it. I have to be understand concentration is very hard even with the medicine sometimes.

I may have some advice for you as far as meals. But I have a few questions I need to ask both of you. I’m just not sure if it’s something you want to share all over KZbin. Number 1 I’m a Registered Nurse and number 2 I know of what I have in mind because I’ve actually used both programs after 2 major back surgeries within 6 months of each other. Is there some way or some place I can ask these couple of yes or no questions. Have a great night.
