I needed this today. I am 30 years old, working 2 full time jobs, a full time student, loosing my apartment, struggling in my marriage, struggling to feel beautiful and successful and every day is difficult for me to keep going. Sometimes it's to hard to just smile and keep it moving and to see someone as beautiful and successful as miss Tarajii admitting to the same struggle makes me feel like it is okay to not be okay and that it will get better. Thank you so much.

I am Taraji. Taraji is me. We are tired. Being THAT person for everyone around us is tiring because oftentimes we're left alone with people believing we're alright. I took a trip to Bali earlier this year and it was so magical. I didn't want to leave and actually cried when it was time to come back home. I totally get where she's coming from. She's mentally and emotionally exhausted. God bless her with the wisdom to know what to do next...

I watched a sermon just last night where the pastor explained everyone is fighting for their lives right now….especially if they are conscious. It’s a never ending battle of spiritual warfare and it’s so comforting hearing someone openly relate. I thought it was just me drowning in darkness and fighting to find the light. This was much needed and completely unexpected. Thank you for not cutting it!!

As a fellow Virgo. I applaud her. We are natural cheer leaders because we want to bring everyone up to to our level of confidence, excitement, and joy. But before you know it people have drained the life out of you. What she is going to learn on that trip is the key to her happiness is managing who she distributes her energy too so she has some left for herself. And F that job was the first taste of it lol.

@@Mt-zs4tr Understanding, it’s important to not take things so personal from us because all we’re trying to do is help with what we know. To everyone else we are “know it alls” but in all honesty we are just very analytical, seeing things that others may not. Speak up when interacting with a Virgo, it’ll help us not be so overbearing. Sometimes we need someone to say, “it’s cool I got it”. Calms our nerves lol.

We’re leaving in a very unjust world right now. People are not respectful; caring; thoughtful; just; family oriented & honest like 30 - 40 years ago. Neighborhoods have evolved; people wanna kill each other instead of fist fighting & end it all there. & in America we’re all so racially divided.. it’s gotta get better!!!! I so understand where Taraji is coming from. I'm trying my best to rebound from the lowest point in my life and I can tell you that I'm learning so much about myself, others and the world. I'm focusing on personal discovery and growth, and I've had to basically shut the whole world out in order to get down to the nitty gritty of it all. That trip Taraji has planned is going to do a world of good. I hope she's able to stay longer if more time is needed beyond the 30 days. Self-care is KEY because I've been so guilty of emptying my tank, trying to care for everyone and leaving nothing for myself. Praying for your strength, endurance, health and joy.

I’ve been there (especially in the last few years) I get it. The great thing is, she knows that a win is coming! See, when you’ve experienced disappointment, hurt, and stress before and have overcome that pain, you understand that it’s necessary in order to make you a better, stronger person. This interview was so necessary. It was filled with depth and thought-provoking conversation. Cheers to Taraji for doing the work and putting herself first. 19:26 this is definitely a Virgo trait. ♍️ The empath, the energy reader, healer energy. We soak up other people's emotions and forget about ourselves. I hope Taraji finds true fulfilling peace and happiness in Bali. She's on a new journey and writing a new chapter in her life. Brilliant interview. 👏👏👏🇬🇧

This interview changed my whole perspective going into a new year. I was literally taking notes! I didn't move from the TV even though I had to pee and I knew I could have paused it!! this interview had me stuck in a good way. I cried, laughed, prayed and made some new promises to myself. This interview will change so many lives. I'm soooo grateful for this 🙏🏾 We need this kind of vulnerability in our world.

Watching this was like seeing myself in a mirror. I am a Virgo as well, so I definitely can relate to everything Taraji was saying and feeling. Especially about constantly overthinking and being known as “the strong one” from everyone around you while secretly fighting for your life everyday. This woman took my exact feelings and thoughts and expressed it in this interview. Thank you Taraji🫶🏾. And I love you more today than I did yesterday for this🫶🏾.

I just watched this clip and to say that at my age 60 years old Taraji made a very clear point on fixing yourself being happy for yourself financially, I’m not able to get away and go two hours anywhere but I know that I will figure it out and something that I desperately need Being able to tell my story, what a healing in my life being married to a man for almost 20 years and he up and just vanish walk out. You don’t know where he is. Numbers changed family won’t tell you anything you’re going crazy so I admire her story and I can pretty much see where she’s coming from butgetting over the pain as a working progress so thank you so much

I watched the Lauren London interview just before this. I understand you Taraji 100%. I am 22 and in 2021 I lost a close friend to suicide. This made me lose so much hope and when I started having ideations I lost a part of myself that I will never gain back. But it the darkness of the past year that led me to nourish my soul within. I feel like the Taraji and Lauren interviews go hand & hand. Yin & Yang. The darkness that brings you to light. Releasing the pains of the self and welcoming the healing that is universal love (which includes yourself, duh) 🥰 I have noticed a theme of going through struggles alone, and then speaking to multiple different people who are going through the same thing in a different font. Speaking up about our pain helps us share those glimmers of light that are the reason why we keep going. My reason is that I don’t want to pass on the same hopelessness that I felt when my friend passed away. I also have a strong desire to give my inner child the happiness they deserve. THANK YOU ANGIE MARTINEZ FOR ALLOWING YOURSELF AND YOUR GUESTS TO BE A SOURCE OF LIGHT. The world is going through it but we are entering a new consciousness.

Wow, Taraji is going through a lot of hurt and trauma. When she sat down I thought immediately that her eyes were sad….now half way through the interview, I was not wrong in my perception. I hope Bali helps her. It’s brave to admit that she’s even thought of suicide in some manner or another….it just goes to show that even someone who appears at the top of their field can still feel sadness and be unhappy inside. I hope she also has some kind of therapy that can help with the subconscious deep rooted issues within her. ❤

When she said “you are never alone” that comforted me a bit because it’s so easy to be stuck in a dump and you feel all sorts of ways and you doubt your feelings and experiences and think that you are the only one stuck and struggling , the anxiety of feeling like something is wrong with you for simply going through life because the world has done a great job of looking happy and that can be incredibly isolating
