Hi sir Myself aged 38, on Dec 2020 felt breathless and dizzy while doing workout in gym by 7.45 and I left gym and pain started to my shoulder & chest and so went to hospital by 9.45 and ECG confirmed its a heart attack. I was shocked as I wont smoke / not diabetes / not bp patient / no family history too and am regular gym goer. Then had angiogram and angiography and placed 1 stent in RCA. Physically am feeling better but am worrying for my future. Almost 4 months over after my angioplasty, can I resume my routine activity . Am not so active enough as I was before my attack and so pls advice to overcome the issue and to live a healthy long life. I feel like I am tired and lightheaded for more time.

Ticagrelor could cause shortness of breath in 15% of patients, in that case clopidogrel can be replaced. no harm in it.

Thanks for an excellent presentation Sir. I had a NSTEMI at 40 and got 2 stents with 95% and 60% blockages in January 2020. Had bad anxiety and panic attacks after but thank God I am over that now. I am enjoying better health now tolerate any kind and length of exercise without problems. However, I was experiencing some chest pain in the mornings after waking up cardiologist says it GERD and was placed on pantaprazole 40mg. Been on it over a year now and realized I am lightheaded at times lethargic and having mild chest pains. After 2 days of not taking it I am feeling much better and those symptoms have subsided. Can I stop this drug and is there an alternative? O have read where it says this drug can have some damaging effects if taken longterm. Also one consultant cardiologist told me I should stop the plavix while anotger says I should contine 2 to 3 times per day. What shoyld I do. I take aspirin 81mg plavix 75mg atorvastatin 20mg reduced from 40mg as my cholesterol is below the normal level and pantaprozole 40mg. I await your advice

Hi sir My husband 49 met with a cardiac arrest block in the centre and one stent has been placed before2 yrs. He followed his diet nearly for one yr. Now for the past 6 months he is taking alcohol 2times a day nd also taking fried fish chocken.. Whether this may affectt his health? Pls reply sir....
