Angle Grinder Restoration - HITACHI angle grinder G10MH - RESTORATION

In this video i'm restoring and repair a old Angle Grinder HITACHI G10MH.

*Max Speed: 12000rpm
*Weight: 1.6kg
I found this Angle Grinder in the recycling power tools station. I liked the unique design of HITACHI Power tools and I bought it for only ~$8 with some missing parts. I found out that they built their version of A/Grinder in this style round 2005, now under HiKOKI. It almost had no damage in Armature/Field Assembly, but it was very dirty and had a lot of dust (Cement) that make it stuck when turn on, also switch was broken from my first look. I used few version Angle Grinder before but for me this version really good design and power (quite Hot), I'm very happy how it turned out and I really like it new look. I'll keep this A/Grinder in my workshop and I'm going to use it from now, you will see it often in my next videos.
If you have any questions about my used techniques, my mistakes during restoration, please let me in the comments. I am no professional, I'm always learning, looking for new methods and trying to improve my skills, so please give me some feedback, constructive criticism and suggestions. My technical English is by far not the best, I learned it during my offshore life and just for work.

Nice work! So glad you replaced those worn out brushes. Some restorations they reuse them which is a big fail. This tool should last you a long time now.
