I like the 3D vision - it's a great idea🤩 After he had explained it, somebody asked the same thing. Trošku nejasnosti mi zůstává u vět se spojkou before, Ty jsi už naznačila, že je tam nějaký háček: The patient died before the doctor had arrived. Pokud tomu dobře rozumím, pacient nejdřív zemřel (vzdálenější minulost) a pak teprve dorazil doktor. Tady mě to svádí říct The patient had died before the doctor arrived. Kde je ten háček? Thank you very much, dear Markét:-) Have a wonderful day!

Hi there, dear Jana, great to hear from you! ☺ Check out this article: www.helpforenglish.cz/article/2010060101-predminuly-cas. I think the author explained it much better than I ever could. I hope it'll make more sense. Anyway, it's just a very specific grammar rule that I myself mostly ignore, to be honest. Don't worry too much about it. 😅 Take care and all the best, Markét 😘

@@EnglishHackerCz Thank you, Markét, it's a good source:-) I find it still a little bit confusing, but it's ok, I can use it☺ In the example with the dead patient I would translate it for myself (and for finding a sense of it) like this: Pacient zemřel dřív, než k němu doktor vůbec mohl dorazit (měl hold dorazit dřív, a proto "had arrived"). Ok, I'll stop to dawdle with it😅 Have a fantastic day!🤩

@@janajaskova2593 It is confusing and actually not used often enough to be that important. That's why I kind of ignore it. I think you understand it better than me. 🤣🤣 Have a fantastic weekend, enjoy! Markét 🤩😘

@@EnglishHackerCz Thank you, Markét, I can't say that I understand it😅 You're right, some rules aren't worth it, I can express myself without them as well and this is important!🤗 Have a nice sunday😘

Dear Miss Teacher Markét,thanks a lot for so useful and helpful informations.I use Past Perfect only seldom(or rarely).I prefer simple sentence structure(I am not so smart like other Students).Have a nice time, please.

Great to hear from you again, dear Honza. Thanks for stopping by! 😘 Please, give the Past Perfect tense a chance. It isn't as complicated as you think, I promise. 😁 Btw, the word "information" is uncountable in English so you can't say "informations". 🙃 Have fun and enjoy these sunny days! Markét 🤩

Good evening, Filip, videa na předminulý čas průběhový a srovnání předminulého prostého a průběhového ještě nemám, ale přijdou velice brzy na řadu. Stay tuned! ☺
