Great video Ben, And really interesting, i'm going down the road of taking just what I need, If you put a bit of thought into where your going and how you are going to fish, You need very little tackle, This makes it a lot more enjoyable and a lot easier to go fishing, By doing this you go fishing more, Because it's a lot easier and you learn a lot more because you're fishing a lot more, I've really sorted out my tackle, And it's so more enjoyable and easy, just like it used to be in the 60s and 70s, Take less go fishing more, I should have added I try and go local to club Waters, This also makes it a lot easier and a lot more affordable, People don't realise what they've got on their own doorstep,Try the Richie challenge one day just take what you need to a local water.

What I did Richard is arrange everything I needed together on the floor as if it was in a bag. Then i measured around it. I gave the dimensions to Midwater luggage & they sorted the rest.

I find your videos really useful and informative, as a keen angler from days gone by and presently living abroad. I am about to return to the uk and take up angling again. I’ve lost touch with regards to tackle and tactics and find your unbiased reviews invaluable. may i highlight ben the fusion guru 4 rod holdall is a game changer - i currently have five set up rods in it no problem and its a hard case type thing you should try it. it was the superirum x 70 that won fisho -- the x90 was second.

Nice one, as someone on disability value is important for me most of my my gear is good quality branded gear from the lower to mid range prices and to be fair I've got the best set up I've ever had in my life. Entry to mid level gear if so good quality these days. Fishing is as expensive as you want it to be, buy to suit, poles I'll always buy second hand I'd rather have a quality used pole than a cheap new one. As the saying goes most tackle is designed to catch anglers and the marketing people are very good at what they do, the question I always ask myself is....... Do I need it or am I just paying someone's salary?

Nice big bag matey. I'll tell you what you really do talk more common sense than most people on KZbin and in the tackle shops I could put grandsons pram in that. Talking about buying what you can afford. If you want to rest a couple of brilliant rods try the sonik SKS feeder and pellet waggler rods both ten foot and under fifty quid . I'll never use anything else again.absolutley formidable..

I have the original sonik S4 10 feeder rod, it's a brilliant bit of kit, cost me £26, I've had Tri cast and daiwas but the sonik is better.
