I agree! My moms side side is Scottish and my dads side is Dutch, I’m trying to trace back what tribe I would be from. Lamentations 4:7 “Her Nazarites were purer than snow, they were whiter than milk, they were more ruddy in body than rubies, their polishing was of sapphire:” it’s describing Israelites with red checks white skin and blue veins.

Well if you look at the prophetic blessings given by Jacob and Moses to the different tribes we get hints of where the different tribes are in the end times. If we take for granted that the Y haplogroup R1b is the genetic marker for the lost tribes of Israel then it is a matter of seeing which nations with R1b being dominate fit which blessing. The way I see it is: British, Irish, Canada, Australia, New Zealand = Ephraim France & Quebec = Manasseh Spain, Portugal, & latin americans = Reuben Luxembourg = Issachar Belgium = Asher Dutch & Afrikaners = Zebulon Italy = Dan Switzerland & Luxembourg = Gad Austria, Germany, Bohemians = Simeon Denmark, Norway, Sweden, & Iceland = Naphtali Jews = Judah, Benjamin, & Levi Americans are a mixture of all the tribes but with Ephraim as the base layer. The Algonquin and related tribes of North America are most likely what's left of an ancient colony of Israelites as well, although heavily mixed with various other peoples. Slavic peoples = Esau, cousins of the Israelites None of these groups are pure and these groups have over thousands of years mixed with peoples around the world so there are a lot of people in the world from all kinds of countries that would have a descendant or two way way back. The thing that determines lineage in the bible though is who your father was, everything always goes by the father despite what the Jews say. If your father was from one tribe and your mother is from another then you being genetically half and half would still just be counted as your father's tribe.

The stone of scone is still in Scotland hidden somewhere 😁.. the one they use in westmonster is fake… Back in 1950 four students from Glasgow university had retrieved it back. when they were taking it out of the throne they broke it in two so it had to have 4 rods inserted to put it back together. elizabeth 2nd took her coronation in 1953 on the fake one that a stone mason had carved from stone from Perth for the students to practice how they’d get it out the throne but it was much lighter than that of the real stone of destiny, which had to be broken in the same way as the original but was put back together with only 3 metal rods ( the one the students placed in Arbroath castle with the saltire over it is the one elizabeth 2nd took her coronation on the exact same one John major retuned back to us 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 in the 90’s . I bought the book by E. Raymond Capt called “The Scottish Declaration of Independence.” I seriously love that book!!! I have a small amount of Scottish blood, but am mostly German and Swedish. I was surprised that near the end I recognized a poem. I grew up singing a song called Loch Lomon. I do not know why/how my family knew and sang this song being primarily Swedish and German, but we did. We sang it enough that I still know the words and I am 41. So even though there is only a small amount of Scottish blood, we somehow have managed to hang onto something Scottish. AND the movie that I most love is actually Braveheart. It is cool to know that William Wallace and Robert the Bruce were real people. I have always felt drawn to Scottish movies, music and especially bagpipes. My husband and I both love the sound of bagpipes and get emotional when we hear them.

This was excellent! I am of Scottish heritage and have been told so since childhood. Having come to the Israel l identity as a mature adult, I wonder if I was drawn to it in some way because of that connection. As a mature adult I found myself owning a working Border Collie, raising sheep and learning the trade of the Scottish hand weaver, without ever realizing they were all practiced by the Scots.When I did finally come to that realization I was led to wonder if somehow it was part of my genetics! I will certainly persue the Scots history further now.

Recently in the last six weeks or so, the Lord kept directing me to read many portions of scriptures that spoke of the tribe of Manasseh repeating Joshua 17:17 many times...this had me confused...why these scriptures....Holy Spirit suggested I look into my Scottish ancestors as possible descendents of Abraham...lol and behold.... Something to consider: The stolen Stone of Scone was recovered from Westminster Abby on Christmas Day 1950 ! On the Dead Sea Scroll's solar calendar, after the Vernal Equinox starting the next Biblical Year, it was placed on the altar in the ruins of Arbroath Abbey on the 11th April 1951. With a 21st March Vernal Equinox that year, this means that the Stone of Scone was placed on the altar of Arbroath Abby on the last seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread: a Holy High Day ! So in the same BIBLICAL year: • 1951 was 3400 years and the 68th Jubilee after the Exodus from Egypt ! (Working with a 4BC birth of Christ) • Before the next Vernal Equinox King George VI died on the 6th of February 1951. • Queen Elizabeth II immediately ascended the throne - although only later coronated. i.e. The Stone of Scone was recovered in the Jubilee 7x7 49th year of 1950, and later placed on the High Altar of Arbroath Abby on the seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread - in the Jubilee 50th year of 1951 ! The Declaration of Scottish Independence drafted at Arbroath Abby and dated the 6th April 1320, was also in the midst of the Feast of Unleavened Bread: The vernal equinox was the 20th March that year and the 7th April was the 4th day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread that year: the day of Christ’s resurrection on the Biblical annual calendar. So 631 years later (6+3+1=10), on the last 7th Day of Unleavened Bread, being a High Day, the Stone of Scone was placed on the High Alter in the ruins of that very same Arbroath Abby, wrapped in the “Saltire” or “Saint Andrews Cross” - the national flag of Scotland. Saint Andrew was the brother of Peter, and also an apostle and disciple of Christ. In the 1320 “Declaration of Arbroath” the Scott’s claimed to be Israelites who migrated from Egypt to Spain to Ireland and then to Scotland ! Legend has it that the Stone of Scone would sometimes groan when a king was crowned on it. It is now apparent that the Stone of Scone had a flaw in it. It had a faint fracture that could be the cause of the noise when some weightier kings were crowned sitting on it: the fracture gradually progressed further and further under the weight and hence the “groans”. When it was removed from beneath the coronation throne in Westminster Abby on Christmas Day 1950, it finally broke into two pieces in the process. The smaller piece was secretly returned to Scotland almost immediately and the larger piece was returned sometime later. Once re-assembled and re-enforced into the semblance of one stone, it was placed on the alter as described above. When it was later back in Westminster Abby, Queen Elisabeth II was coronated on a broken Stone of Scone - what is the significance and implication of that as we see history unfold ???

True indeed I just wish care would be taken when translating from antiquity the term jew, if that appears in the document it must be the original name of what was the tribe of Judha.. You are correct but i will explain - since the other 10 tribes were lost in nations and only Judha left as recognized with the God of Israel and not other gods and still had its half kingdom in Judha since Israel was conquered thats why Jew is a term for Judha in reality there are 12 tribes today in Israel or anywhere else the Jews are a mixture of some lost tribes and also " Erev Rav" which came and joined along the way this could be also Nazis ,or any false "jews" that hide under that term - so the situation is complicated and only God will sort it out...But definitely you cant know who is Israel and who is not - My theory is that Christians are the lost tribes it matches their more light believe since Juadh was always more severe with keeping God laws thats also why Israel was conquered long before Juda since they went and worked other gods (unlike Juda that did that 200 years after ) - Ask me more if you interested :)

Not really sure how you'd go about doing a DNA test to prove it, seems there is a lot of mystery about the actual DNA of the ancient ones, or maybe just hidden on purpose because we are supposed to just base it off of "who has DNA from the middle east" which tons of people do, including Europeans. But consider the fact that the Israelites come from a people who were shepherds and farmers..which people are known anywhere in the world as the best farmers? Which people even have the genes to best adapt to dairy? Which people have phenotypes that closest resemble unique phenotypes mentioned about Israe lites, things like red hair? It would be the Europeans, not only Scottish. Haplogroups can be interesting though. Sometimes they tell a story, other times they don't mean much. But the predominant haplogroup of Europeans are also scattered all throughout the Biblical areas. People like Liam Ben David or Truthvids could give you lots of info on this stuff though.

If you study DNA you have to look at DNA haplogroups. A vast majority of western europeans and the countries they founded(US, Canada, Australia, and so on)are of R1b y-dna haplogroup.

@brock2443 How does DNA transfer one's native nationality, ethnicity (the cultural component of one's native nationality), lived experiences from birth that have been with an individual since birth and have largely forged who they are in the land they came from etc? These things are all unique to the individual and are not transferred to distant mixed descendants, so how could that work? Also, how does epigenetics fit into it? Epigenetics is the study of DNA in the context that DNA continually mutates and is not a constant crystallised fixed thing, Americans at this point are distinct from Eurasians in this regard of DNA if not haplotype, or Europeans in particular. Do the people make the land or does that land forge the people? Also, distant ancestry is not the same thing as DNA, these things are often erroneously conflated together, largely by Americans, in the same way they often erroneously conflate Ethnicity and Race as the same thing. How would explain all the aforementioned there?

Scythia is not Israel, the reference is that some of the Scots came from Scythia 1200 years after the Israelites crossed the Red Sea. Many Picts and Gaels remain to this day, and are Scottish. Some English came from Egypt also.

'The picts they utterly destoyed'. The Picts held more land than the gaels even at the peak of Dal Riata. The main body of Scotland was known as Pictland and the even though he was technically not King of Scotland, we often cite Kenneth MacAlpin as the first king of Scotland (being the 36th king Of Dal Riata and King of the Picts simultaneously) and was of Pictish decent. The real Macbeth was the last King with strong Pictish roots and that was a couple centuries later. In no way could you say the gaels destroyed the picts. It was a merger not a takeover.

Interesting thing though; the Romans introduced the term "germen" which means "origin/seed/authentic" to refer to the "true Scythians" as opposed to other groups that started moving into the lands they called Scythia.
