I love how Simon gets the Cantaloupe rule completely backwards: "Decorative accents that are smaller than a cantaloupe cramp a room." Opt for a single, statement-making piece instead. Basically Simon thinks you need lots of small decorative items. He's such a potato sometimes.

I think this game needs more outside options (especially with weeds and flowers), more money for flipping (value for adding things or taking away value for adding certain things), amounts being sold depending on 'buyers' you can make or lose profit, flooring options, more decor options, take away getting full price for tiles/paint if you leave some, allow to break walls in buying houses, get rid of 'side' missions priority and focus more on the actually flipping point of the game.

Spiders are lovely. They get a really unfair deal. They are as intelligent as any other animal or creature and think and feel. There's some great videos of really lovely pet spiders on youtube too. And cute wild ones.- Flies are also intelligent and lovely. There's research and study on how they give nuptial gifts and can lie and exhibit consciousness too. Obviously it's best to get them out of your house though because they can carry dirt and potentially diseases if they've been on poo. But it's still best to not hurt insects. Just because they are small and seem very strange doesn't mean they don't think or feel, they do. So humane methods of simply taking them outside is best. Or, in the case of flies, allow a Spider to live in your home. Then it's just the circle of life and you aren't interfering. And Frogs are awesome and lovely too!
