What a incredible collection, of course the finalize plushies we got will always be iconic and some of the best video game plushies ever made, and then there are the prototype plushies which is fascinating to see and it would have been incredible to own if it wasn’t for angry birds losing its popularity in the mid 2010s. But still your collection has at this point become a museum of these guys and I applaud you for it. Thank you for preserving and saving these little guys.

This is by far the best Angry Birds plush collection I ever seen. Like seriously without this channel I would have known some of these plushies ever existed like the cancelled Angry Birds Go and Star wars 2 sets. Some prototypes of these plushies. Absolutley amazing you were able to do something like this, big fan of your efforts to preserve these toys that have had a huge pot in my heart for all of these years! Question though, what, or why if you even know, were the classic wave 1 samples purged compared to everyone else? Really sad to hear that since those have been a favorite set of samples for me. (also wish we got the egg shittin' Matilda plush because that just sounds funny as hell.)

Huge thank you! To answer your question, CWT never really saw any of these as "worth preserving." Samples are just like early sketches or concepts. They're a means to an end that are no more useful than trash once the final product is done. So if they need the space, they toss them.

I don't remember the video or channel name, the only other thing I remember is that two of the birds went to a mall at one point, so maybe that helps? I'd imagine other remember it more clearly, as I'd imagine the video gained a ton of views back in the day. If anyone remembers the channel or better yet the video, please let me know.
