' Surah An-Nisaa Verse 59 Abu Hurayrah said that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: Whoever obeys me, obeys Allah, and whoever disobeys me, disobeys Allah. Whoever obeys my commander, obeys me, and whoever disobeys my commander, disobeys me. and if they apostatised and the benefits outweigh the worst then the scholars should stand together and choose amongst them the most suitable religiously and politically to rule and this is following methodology of the Salaf not using the democracy as a tool to govern by legislation of man made laws and bringing nothing except the opposite of the divine perfect legislation as the ikhwan's motivations.
