Resale value will always be at a discount in areas where there is a lot of builder inventory... It doesn't have anything to do with lodha ir runwal.. Look at panvel for example, because if the abundance in builder properties, the resale market is very slow.. To sell fast, some homeowners will start listing at a discount and other homeowners will follow suit.. That's just how the market works

Look at the old buildings in bombay ..construction of the 60s and 70s....450-500 sq ft one bhk and 800-900 sq ft two bhk...those were the golden times. People there are selling and going to US and builders are gobbling up such space...and these people are forced to buy these tinpot houses....i feel sad.

All these builders are bloody criminals. This video made me so sad. Today it's this lady, tomorrow ot can be any one of us who decides to buy a house. Why are the criminals responsible going scot free?! There's evidence of their shoddy work. Really, in this country, money is everything. Stolen money. It's a land of thieves and dacoits.

A lot of this is also down to a lack of work ethic, a nation building work ethic, which is down to in actuality low self dignity as a people, in addition to laziness, and the layers of sub standard management, negligence, dishonesty, corruption etc above it.

You don't take possession until you do a walkthrough, to identify and fix the problems. It should NEVER have come to this, where she paid for it without doing a final walkthrough.

I was about to buy an apartment in this building a few yrs ago. But upon research i found negative feedback of this builder's other project. I immdtly decided to buy a flat from another reputed builder and that was the right decison taken by me !!
