I mean hes in the right but he couldve had a 15 second call and had the same result. Guess then he doesnt have a story to tell to his friends. "Hi m8 ive got the wrong cookie, tell me what the options are for me to get the correct one" "Well sir you can come down past 2pm we will have some freshly cooked and you can collect one then, otherwise we can reimburse the cost of the cookie" "I will come down after my soccer practice" Like seriously. Living in the uk has opened my eyes to how socially inept these sun hiders are.
