Those machines are crazy the ipso that I do my laundry in is at some laundromat here and I never see them spin because the personnel always takes my clothes and I can leave

Never have that problem with our REX (Zanussi) 22 pounders. Spin-Dump drain. There is one machine in one branch that has had its drum lengthened some how, takes two long size duvets no problem.

It obviously has a draining problem, he writes that it took 30 minutes to rinse, wich could indicate that it has just passed the draining points in the timer. i would probably just advance through till the end, then wait and wait and wait until the water level has dropped enough for its pressureswitch to allow it to spin, probably slow drain due to a clocked drainpipe or a faulty drain valve.

I can't see anything wrong here! The lid is designed to be closed, so quite often water would go into the dispenser box. However - the long rinse isn't normal, so there is a fault there! At least the bearings aren't gone! Have they not got any emergency contact numbers??

+glenfieldmathk1 the majority of the time this laudnerette is unstaffed, however their attitude is "whilst we try to keep our machines fully working it is at the customer's risk', so many people have complained but to no avail has it worked....funny thing is, this machine has a different design to the WE73s, the drum isn't visible through the dispenser lid like the 35lb and I've never seen one throw water like this...however I cannot explain how it shut it self off like that, I definitely do not recall leaning on the buttons so that was a surprise.
