Exposing the disobedience of court orders very well explained by lawyer Willis Otieno.

This is now, even as I realize, the work of a lawyer. To teach the public and remind to them of the necessity of observing the constitution of Kenya

court should not entertain Ruto's arrogance and chest thumping and insert authority apprehend, and detain DCI, IG and those Ruto sycophancy police, and Interior minister immediately and release Mr. Jim Wanjigi because the case herein is baseless and has no merit in law

Digitization of court proceedings will save so much time. Why would judges/magistrate still take notes by hand in 2024?

Exactly. They just need a stenographer and that’s is…I really don’t get it! It’s also job creation but Kenya is led by Zakayo types. They do so to enable corruption and loss of court documents to scuttle cases!

We are way beyond impunity in this country ,we are not supposed to go back to the old ways when we used to live in fear as the courts didn't have their freedom, our rights shouldn't be violeted for one's interest

Wanjigi can be served with court summons , why 100 police without search, or arrests warrant crowd and invade one home when we have laps in bandit prone areas in the country ?? Which case came first, contempt of court orders or possession of ammunitions without license ?? Was ammunition procured after revocation of his license or refusal of licensing board to grant as per previous orders ???
