The gun is only about 5lbs. Most people can carry that pretty easily. If we're talking real life, It might add about 10 seconds to a mile run time. There's also kinetic energy to be gained through holding some weight in your hands. Using light weights may actually increase short term run speed, while decreasing overall endurance. Basically, you're moving your arms back and forth faster while moving your legs at the same pace. This is dumbed down with many missing details, but look into it if you want.

Hey prey if you go into the under barrel slot there is an angled something grip that gives better movement then the hand stop and you can drop the 20 round mag for anything else and you can look at your movement speed and with the other attachment over the hand stop even with dropping the 20 rounds for the stock 30 your still faster then you are now it’s crazy. I saw this build in your video show casing it and I tweaked it to make it faster which I did but I hated the 20 rounds so I dropped the 20 and still faster then this build with a 20 round mag. Just letting you know if you wanna check it out. It’s been a lot of fun and I been enjoying it a lot.

Like this build movement speed is 6.2 and with my build I told you in my other comment is 6.4 and if you keep the 20 round mag the movement speed is 6.5 so you can get faster if you change the under barrel attachment called the Chewk Angled Grip which gives you 6.4 movement speed and 6.8 sprint speed. Your current build has 6.4 or 6.3 but mine gives you 30 rounds and same speed or more speed if you wanna keep the 20 round mag. Check it out hope enjoy it if yoy do
