MJ and Kobe were genuinely clutch. Kobe, for instance, hit the game-tying shot vs one of the best defenses in NBA history to send the Finals to OT in 2004 (where they won). Kobe hit the Game Winner vs Indiana in OT in his first NBA Finals (on a severely sprained ankle that, according to the Lakers team physician, would've sidelined most players for a month minimum), and led ALL players in 4th quarter scoring in the 2008, 2009, and the 2010 playoffs (and Finals all three years: 08, 09, 10). Young Kobe led the NBA in playoff clutch scoring 2 out of his three first rings (only AI outscored him in 2001). Kobe was INSANELY CLUTCH (most Game Winners, 36, of any player in NBA history). MJ is the most clutch human being to ever live and the GOAT. I don't need to listen examples, anybody educated already knows. LeSteroids is 19 for 141 in Go-Ahead/Game-Winning FG Situations in the 4th Quarter for his entire career; he is 0 for 7 on game winners in the Finals; he is 10-11 in one possession games in the NBA finals; he has the highest 4th quarter Turnover Rate of any player in PLAYOFF history (and regular season history, 1.9 TOVs/4th Q, and several hundred MORE total TOVs than any player in history, an unbreakable record by the time he retires). He also has the most 4th quarter Turnovers of any player in NBA Finals history. Yet his Bronse*uals cult will continue to lie and say he is more clutch than MJ and Kobe because "hE hAs mOrE pLaYoFf bUzZeR bEaTerS tHaN mJ oR kObE oR bIrD oR dr J oR mAgIC" (🤡). In reality this is a VERY misleading stat. Notice they don't say game winners or go-ahead FGs, it's SPECIFICALLY "Buzzer Beaters in the Playoffs." In reality, his "Clutch" stats in the playoffs are pedestrian. Kyrie led the Cavs in "Clutch Scoring" in the 2016 playoffs and this was in the heart of LeSteroids PRIME. AD led the Lakers in Clutch Scoring in the 2020 Bubble. Cmon fellas, let's stop the pathological lying about LeBalco. He is not clutch, never has been, never will be. Look at the Olympics if you want even more proof (2008, 2012, 2024). Not once did he ever lead Team USA in clutch scoring. Not ONCE. He is the EPITOME of UNCLUTCH, the paragon of choking, the paladin of sticking a pacifier in his own mouth in crunch time. He is, in short, the BIGGEST FRAUD in NBA history. (And he's on several PEDs too, keeps super teams stacking, and still can't catch Kobe or MJs ring count despite the incessant flopping for cheap points and uncalled travelling - almost every single play). LeChoke 😂🤣🤣🤣😂 IMO he's not a top 10 player in the NBA all time, and if we really emphasize CLUTCH ability, he's not a top 50 player all time. He's a role player masquerading as a top Alpha.

I have so much fun debunking the Lebron is clutch narrative because his fans love to throw out the stat that he hit more game winners then anyone in history. I'm like "against who?" Congrats he hit a clutch shot on the Raptors in the playoffs who the Cavs ended up sweeping anyways. How the hell is that clutch? Plus the game was tied. Most if not all his "clutch shots" are against teams where his teams would have won the series anyways. He knows if he misses the shot it goes into OT. When the game is not tied, he passes it to a teammate who hadn't shot the ball all quarter hoping to bail him out. Ask a Lebron fan the one time Lebron "made the right play" and his team won the game. I'll give you a hint, it never happened. He's not clutch. How can he be clutch when he's a streaky mediocre jump shooter and free throw shooter? He plays the game to where his fans and the media can never blame him when he losses. He'd have 6 rings if he could hit his free throws and not turn the ball over so much.

AOH, if you go back in history from the beginning of his career to year 22, and you remove the fake points the league allowed him to accumulate by not calling walks, carry’s, discontinues, dislodging and offensive fouls before his “score” he would have about 28,xxx points total. A lot of his points are illegal as are most of his assists and a lot of his padded rebounds.
@Robss_2 ай бұрын
How did you come up with that number? You watched every single shot he took and determined whether they should’ve been fouls or not? I find it hard to believe 🤣
@snakebitten69672 ай бұрын
@@Robss_ obviously it’s an approximate number. I’ve watch the kid from he came into the league and he has been walking, carrying, offensive fouling his way to points from the start. There are articles from late 00 on in 2010’s that called him in his horrible play and disregard for the ball rules. I’ve never seen one change of his where he scored on obvious infractions to rules. The league obviously tells there’s to just let him play. The low standard they have set with Lebron now translates to the entire game. I’ve seen other players like Kyrie, Ant, Curry pretty much everyone now just plays a lower than pickup ball standard of b-ball. So yes, his points would be significantly less if he was held to the same standard of b-ball that Wilt to Dr J to Magic and Bird to Jordan to Kobe were held to. You are a fanboy so I don’t expect objectivity, acceptance of any proof of Lebrons media and league created greatness etc. Go ahead and pick any games of his to watch and tell me he played flawless game with zero walks, carries, discontinues, offensive fouls etc just before or while scoring. You won’t do it because you know what you will see and you don’t want to live in reality. I’d posit that he’d lose 8-10k or more points if someone actually had the time to look at every game he played and recorded the fake points. Shouldn’t be hard to believe because the league has been letting him get away with it for the majority of his 22 years.
@snakebitten69672 ай бұрын
@@Robss_ sooo the league has been allowing Lebron to walk, carry, discontinue, dislodge, offensive foul, get cheap assists and credit him with rebounds his teammates tipped to him for 22 years. None of that is real basketball. So you actually think “all” his stats are legit when judged against the real greats who had to get their stats within the real rules of basketball? Since a TON of his scoring included infractions to the real rules of the game that the league choose to ignore, you don’t think his points total would be drastically affected if those scores were removed?
@Robss_2 ай бұрын
@@snakebitten6967 only around 16k of Lebron’s 40k points come from layups and dunks. So to say that more than half of those 16k were fouls that were just ignored is hilarious and has absolutely no basis in reality. He drives a lot and he’s very physical so uncalled offensive fouls or travels will certainly happen sometimes, just like any other player with a similar play style. But to say that he has statistically more violations than legit buckets is plain wrong.

LeBron still playing like this in year 21 makes me realize Adam Silver and ESPN decide when you retire. Derrick Rose retired weeks ago, pretty much because nobody gave him any minutes at all even though he was capable of contributing. He was the best scorer for the Knicks in the 2021 playoffs, better than Randle and the rest of the starters, it wasn't a fluke, D-Rose still got it and proved it when he was given the chance, but teams didn't give him minutes because "they wanted the young people to develop". It happened in Detroit, in NY and finally in Memphis. If he received Lebron's treatment, he would still be playing, but we know for a fact ESPN has always hated him, they try diminish his career with stuff like "LeBron James deserved that year's MVP" or "Ja Morant is already better than prime Derrick Rose, look at these stats"

One thing he isn’t called out for is that if he (also Durant) has the ball with the clock winding down he won’t heave it at the buzzer. I don’t know if it’s to preserve his FG% or what, but to me that’s selfish. Launches from half court rarely go in, but sometimes they do, and it’s a boost for the team to have an extra 3 points. Even if it misses everything the other team can’t do anything with it anyway so there’s no downside for the team.
